Yes. Kridexa is built for academies of every size — including a single coach with one batch. There are no setup charges, no minimum player counts and no locked features. You get the full dashboard from day one, and it grows with you as your academy grows.

Yes. You can create as many sports as you need under your academy — cricket, football, badminton or anything else. Each sport has its own squads and batches, and a player can be enrolled in more than one sport. Everything is managed from a single dashboard.

Kridexa currently works as one academy account per location — there is no built-in multi-centre hierarchy yet. Since every account is free, academies with several centres simply register a separate account for each one, and each centre gets its own dashboard, staff, players and records.

Yes. Parents get their own login linked to their children. From the parent dashboard they can see each child's attendance, squads, fee invoices and evaluation progress — no more calling the academy for updates.

Yes. Every coach gets their own account and sees only the batches and athletes they coach. Owners and admins see everything across the academy, so your data stays organised and private.

Not yet — self-service Excel import is on our roadmap. Today you add players, squads and batches directly in the dashboard, which takes seconds per record. If you have a large existing spreadsheet, reach out through the contact page and we will help you get started.

Yes. Kridexa runs right in your browser — nothing to download from an app store. The entire dashboard works on desktop, tablet and phone, and you can add Kridexa to your phone's home screen for an app-like experience.

Your data stays safely in your account. There is no expiry and no deletion for inactivity — take a break and pick up exactly where you left off, with all your players, attendance history and records intact. You can export your financial records as CSV at any time, and if you ever want to close your account completely, just contact us and we will erase your data.

Yes. Kridexa is built on a multi-tenant architecture — every academy is a strictly separate tenant. Your players, staff, fees and reports belong to your academy alone, and no other academy on the platform can ever see or access them.

Yes — it starts the moment you register. Sign-up is a guided three-step process: create your account, add your academy details, and set up your first sport. You are logged straight into your dashboard and receive a welcome email with your next steps. From there you add squads, players and batches — and if you ever get stuck, our support team is available through the contact page.
